DSB Rock Island (DSBRI) is hiring a Senior Tax Associate to join our high-performing Tax team. In this client-facing role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to advise high-net-worth individuals, private businesses, and investment entities—while mentoring the next generation of tax professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, private businesses, and investment entities
  • Review complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, C-corporation, and multi-state tax returns
  • Manage client engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, risk management, and profitability
  • Deliver proactive tax planning and insights to clients
  • Build strong internal and external client relationships
  • Stay current on tax law changes and serve as a resource to the team
  • Participate in training, CPE, and firmwide development initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff to support their growth and alignment with DSBRI’s values

Education & Experience

Salary Range
