Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• While requirements will originate from IT, the Product Owner will be responsible for actively engaging with Business stakeholders to clarify gaps, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment
• Serve as the single point of coordination to translate IT queries into business-friendly discussions and drive timely resolutions
• Work closely with Business teams to communicate migration plans, next steps, and readiness expectations, ensuring they are well-prepared
• Proactively enable Business teams to prepare downstream customers by setting clear expectations on timelines, impacts, and changes
• Ensure continuous follow-ups with both IT and Business to avoid delays due to pending clarifications or dependencies
• Manage multiple parallel initiatives/projects, requiring strong prioritization, tracking, and execution discipline
• Maintain strong organization through structured tracking (status, risks, dependencies, and actions) and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Key Traits Required
• Experience working as a Product Owner
• Preferred experience in Data and Analytics particularly BI space.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive follow-ups and escalation when needed
• Excellent communication skills to bridge IT technical context with business understanding
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and readiness, not just requirement documentation
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
