Job description

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position.

Manage assigned vender relationships, including assessments, contract performance evaluations, RFPs, and systems rollouts for Auto Group projects.

Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions or projects to identify solutions for systems, procedures, or policies that impact the Marketing department.

Ensure that budget, efficiency, and quality are prioritized in existing and proposed projects.

Collaborate effectively with internal staff members and external members to ensure project goals are met. Communicate needs and timelines effectively to internal and external staff and ensure that deadlines are met or properly updated as needed.

Develop, design, and create documentation for projects, including training manuals, best practices, project documentation, and project reports.

Communicate project progress effectively and professionally to leadership, including presenting project proposals or progress updates to executive leadership as needed.

Ensure that current operations are not negatively impacted by project implementation, and coordinate with appropriate department managers to ensure that training and implementation are properly supported for project rollouts.

Create and maintain a project report to include progress and impact of all projects, including time, cost, and error rates.

Create resources for complex research projects, data collection, and data management.

Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.

Identify staffing needs for all projects, including internal resources, temporary staffing needs, or permanent staffing needs.

Lead permanent or temporary staff, ensuring that individuals have clear objectives and deadlines and receive the proper training to meet their expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.

Valid driver's license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.

Must have at least a bachelor's degree in a related business area.

Minimum of 5 years specifically related work experience.

Experience as a legal assistant, project coordinator, or similar position highly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of standard office procedures and office management techniques

Utilize time management techniques to organize and prioritize work.

Coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously.

Read, interpret, research, explain, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Must have a collaborative work style, be well organized, effectively multi-task and prioritize. This position requires extensive use of interpersonal skills, effective listening, and self- management.

Ability to type, ten-key, and have high knowledge of Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
