Job description

  • Provide Task Order Project Management Support Services
  • Provide program/project management support
  • Coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Task Order Managers
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, reporting, and deliverables
  • Prepare Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
  • Lead transition planning
  • Manage staffing plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract management
  • Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented timely
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and manage project execution
  • Direct project-specific staff and review work products for completeness and adherence to requirements
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
  • Prepare monthly status reports and track deliverables
  • Verify level of effort and deliverables for each task
  • Communicate project plans, status reports, and deliverables to management
  • Develop project milestones and monitor execution against planned timelines
  • Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding, reporting, training, and timely deliverable submission
  • Coordinate invoices and reporting with the COR to ensure approval prior to invoicing
  • Support management of software and hardware changes initiated by the PMO
  • Ensure contractor employees meet DoD 8570/8140 certification requirements
  • Maintain Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking and reporting
  • Provide diligent performance reporting and coordinate with the Program Manager and government representatives for successful contract performance
Requirements
  • 5 years of progressive experience
  • Project management and leadership in IT/consulting fields
  • Program planning, scheduling, and cost management
  • Stakeholder coordination and communication
  • Risk management and issue resolution
  • Government contracting environment experience
  • Knowledge of CAGE systems (CAGE Workbench, CAGE Public, BRS)

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in relevant field OR four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of degree
