We are now hiring Sales Support Administrators for a short-term contract opportunity in Reno, NV! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, customer service, or order management experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting order management and customer service operations by accurately processing transactions, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with business system transitions. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while following established procedures.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and sales support transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Enter and maintain data within ERP and CRM systems
  • Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Monitor and manage assigned workload while meeting deadlines
  • Communicate issues, exceptions, and escalations promptly to leadership
  • Support order management and customer service functions during system transitions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional support as needed
  • Provide professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Order Management, or Customer Service Operations required
  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar
  • Prior experience with ERP migrations, system cutovers, or software transitions preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Interview required
