We’re partnering with our client searching for a Communications Manager to improve how information, priorities, tasks, and operating standards are communicated and executed across a multi-unit network.

This is a high-impact operations support role for someone who enjoys creating clarity, organizing information, improving communication flow, and helping stores execute consistently. This person will partner closely with field leadership and internal teams to simplify communication, support multi-unit execution, improve task flow, and create more consistent processes across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Support operational communication, task execution, and process consistency across a multi-unit network.
  • Create and standardize field-facing communication such as updates, guides, FAQs, presentations, templates, and internal messaging.
  • Maintain operating standards, process documentation, and searchable resources for store and field teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align communication flow, task timing, store workload, and execution priorities.
  • Track communication effectiveness, task completion, and execution-related KPIs while following up on opportunities for improvement.

Ideal background:

  • 5+ years of corporate communication, operations support, or multi-unit support experience.
  • Experience supporting store operations, field leaders, SOPs, communication platforms, task management, or execution tools.
  • Strong writing, organization, prioritization, and communication skills with the ability to simplify information for store teams.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and advocating for store-level needs by improving clarity, workload balance, and execution consistency.
