DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Ensures clinical innovation and education efforts are created and executed through internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products enhancing relationships with providers and clinicians
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Work closely with Inside and Field Sales team members to develop and create clinical sales-related content and materials to enhance the education and knowledge of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products team members along with members of the rehab community throughout the country
• Enhance the clinical presence and resources across all channels to maximize Quantum Rehab's footprint and feature product and industry advancements
• Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on all Pride and Quantum-related product lines which include Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating
• Strategic travel throughout country targeting and supporting Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers to enhance Quantum Rehab and Stealth growth opportunities with providers and clinicians
• Support the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by providing education, training and guidance to increase the effectiveness of the Sales team in each region's top facilities and referral sources
• Ensure proper content and distribution of Quantum educational materials including but not limited to resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations
• Develop content and regular updates of Quantum Rehab and Stealth educational and marketing materials, videos, and instruction guides for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and any other channel used to enhance the communication and knowledge of our Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees
• Work closely with various internal teams and foster external opportunities to ensure we are maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) with the appropriate outreach and collaborations while seeking opportunities to continue advancing referral sources
• Educate and support the Sales teams by implementing tools to penetrate referral sources and clinicians to ensure Quantum Rehab is the best supporting manufacturer
• Collaborate with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities representing Pride and Quantum Rehab
• Work closely with Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to develop territories that need improvement
• Work with Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership to assist with developing product, processes, and clinical training programs for the Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well providers and facilities throughout the territory
• Develop and maintain strong presentation skills on all Quantum Rehab and Stealth product lines which include power bases, power positioning, electronics, Stealth products, accessories, and seating
• Work with the Education Department (aka Pride Learning Institute) to oversee the training and development of presentations and materials for the annual activities, and ensure all presenters are properly trained and prepared
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
• Assign, train, and develop consultants based on experience and departmental goals
• Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must be a friendly team player, self-starter, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:

• Familiarity with complex rehab patients as well as conditions and required fittings preferred
• Extensive knowledge of various professional education accreditation bodies and compliance standards as they pertain to industry education standards such as ANSI/IACET preferred
• Basic familiarity with presentation submission standards such as objective writing and literature reviews preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient contact which includes at least 3 years of direct, in-person experience with the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED EDUCATION
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy
• ATP Certification or eligible to sit for the ATP exam within 12 months of employment

• Clinical training preferred
• SMS Certification preferred
