AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced ISP/OSP Project Manager to provide technical guidance, contract management, and project planning for a government customer.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Serves as a Technical Expert and Advisor in the field of IT and Telecommunications Engineering Design and Implementation with a primary focus of ISP and OSP Infrastructure.
  • Create, review, and submit contract deliverables to the government customer on behalf of AGE Solutions.
  • Provide oversight and management for all contract personnel and activities.
  • Create, review, and submit project plans to the customer.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of all contract requirements within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Required Experience:
    • Possess 7-10 years relevant experience and 7-10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
    • Possess 7-10 years of DoD network infrastructure design and installation experience for Inside and Outside Plant (ISP and OSP) cabling infrastructure.
  • Required Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
    • EKAHAU Wireless Certification
    • Must be willing and able to take applicable customer and Host Activity site-specific safety training and obtain relevant certifications.
  • Required Citizenship and Clearance:
    • US Citizenship is required.
    • Must possess a Secret clearance and be eligible for IT-II access.
  • Location:
    • This is a remote role within the United States, requiring approximately 10% travel (CONUS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Certification. Level III is highly preferred, such as CISSP or CISM

Work Environment and Physical Demand:

  • Must be able to sit and be able to work at a computer for extended hours.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000

This position is part of a pipeline for a future opportunity supporting a DoD customer. Employment is contingent upon contract award and government customer approval.
