Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a remote Task Order Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesServes as the Project Manager for large, complex task orders or related initiatives supporting enterprise systems and mission-critical objectives. Assists the Program Manager in coordinating with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), task order managers, government stakeholders, and customer agency representatives to ensure effective execution of contractual requirements. Provides oversight and management of assigned task orders, including coordination of technical solutions, schedules, resources, and deliverables. Ensures project activities are implemented efficiently, meet performance objectives, and are delivered in alignment with customer requirements and program goals.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)Knowledge of federal program management principles, processes, and best practices for executing complex IT, data management, and telecommunications initiatives.Knowledge of project management principles and practices for managing large, complex task orders and system-focused initiatives within a federal environment.Ability to support Program Managers and coordinate effectively with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), task order managers, government stakeholders, and customer agency representatives.Skill in overseeing task order execution, including coordinating technical solutions, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet contractual requirements.Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and project milestones.Knowledge of federal contract support operations, stakeholder management, and processes required to achieve mission and performance objectives.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of assigned task orders.Desired KSABe a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situationsCandidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customersMust have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervisionMinimum Training, Education, and Certifications5+ years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibilityBS or BAPMP or similar certificationDOD 8570/8140 IAM Level IMinimum ClearanceSecretPhysical RequirementsRequired to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
