Responsibilities
  • Integrates, synchronizes, and deconflicts ACCM operational planning and execution.
  • Develops ACCM-related concepts of operation, annexes, appendices, tabs, estimates and other planning products.
  • Supports assessment design and implementation for ACCM OAIs.
  • Prepares briefs, recommendations, and documentation supporting ACCM planning, execution, governance, and oversight.
  • Supports development, implementation, and enforcement of ACCM security measures, policies, and procedures for program protection and governance.
  • Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and determine appropriate compensatory controls for operational activities
  • Drafts/reviews security classification guides, program protection plans, and ACCM documentation.
  • Facilitates security indoctrinations and ensures proper clearance verification for personnel requiring access to ACCM-protected information.
  • Develops training materials and conducts security awareness briefings.
  • As required, participates in security incident response and damage assessments.

Qualifications
Required
  • TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Military Science or similar field of study
  • Experience developing and implementing security plans for classified programs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to produce executive-level documentation
  • 5+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and synchronizing compartmented military or IC activities (e.g. IJISTO, SAP, ACCM, etc) at the CCMD, Service Component, Joint Task Force or similar level.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a J39, J3X, J2X, STO/SAP planning cell, Joint Targeting cell or similar organization
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning
  • Graduate of one or more of the following: Joint Information Planners Course (formerly JIOPC), FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course (or equivalent service school), STO Planner's Course, Advanced Special Operations Managers Course, MILDEC Planner's Course, PSYOP Qualification Course, Joint Cyber Operations Planners Course, ACCM Control Course, Defense OPSEC Planner Course, Special Warfare Advanced Targeting and Analysis, Irregular Warfare Course

Desired:
  • 7+ years or experience coordinating compartmented or sensitive operational activity with the IC, Interagency, Allies and/or Partners
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and/or integrating cyberspace operations
  • Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms and relevant Intelligence Community Directives.
  • Experience or knowledge of HUMINT and CI Operations and application and associated authorities
