Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Operations Support Desk Officers to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities:
• The Operations Support Desk Officers shall maintain day-to-day management, direction, technical control, technical review, coordination and support to Modernization, Security and Protection Branch (MSPB) staffing actions as they pertain to support to multi-discipline SECARMY Modernization Programs.
• Maintain accountability and tracking of operations throughout the ACIC Headquarters through the use of a COP on the NGA platform.
• Coordinate with other ACIC staff elements to staff and deconflict operational actions through the use of the Army Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Track and update ACIC G3 OD MSPB running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level briefings, meetings, and ACIC Battle Update Briefings/Commander's Update briefings and CG ACIC Weekly.
• Coordinate multi-discipline (CI, HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, Security) and support service actions with subordinate Military Intelligence Brigades (Theater) (MIB(T)s).
• Update and track G3 OD MSPB contact rosters and disseminate information across the G3 Enterprise.
• Track the global Disposition of ACIC, Intelligence and Security forces and operations via NGA Portal/ESRI COP.
• Develop, staff, synchronize, and coordinate ACIC G3 OD MSPB related presentations regarding global Army Intelligence and Security operations for senior level activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate specialized staffing actions and support for ACIC G3 OD MSPB at remote locations.
• Manage and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs.
• Coordinate technical support for ACIC G3 OD MSPB personnel as required, including systems access, communications access, and use of functional equipment.
Required qualifications/skills:
• Minimum education and years of experience requirements:
o High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

o Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Intelligence Certifying Courses:
o Army - Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
o Army - 351L Course (or its predecessor)
o Army - 35E Course (or its predecessor)
o Army - 35M Course (or its predecessor)
o Army - 351M Course (or its predecessor)
o USMC - 0211/0210/0204 Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) CI and HUMINT Course.
o Air Force -Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC)
o U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor
o Navy - Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB)
o Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor
o Army - 35M Course (or its predecessor)
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent, or HUMINT Collector.
• Minimum 2 years of staff officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
• Understanding of CI investigations, operations, and intelligence analysis.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment. Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.
