• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, developing strong therapeutic alliances with clients through effective communication and rapport building.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans aimed at overcoming their unique challenges and achieving wellness goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
• Engage in regular case consultations with the clinical team to enhance the richness of care delivered and foster a culture of collaborative practice.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

The clients you serve will reflect a rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life by facilitating recovery and emotional resilience. We aim to make mental health services accessible and effective, thus serving a broad spectrum of the local community, including underserved populations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proficient in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and utilizing therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to use virtual tools effectively to engage clients.
• Familiarity with various online therapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing clinical counseling services, ideally in a remote setting.
• Experience working with specific populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with a history of trauma.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of diverse clients, embracing cultural competence in practice.
