As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services including individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clients' progress and treatment interventions in line with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in regular case reviews to enhance clinical practices and improve patient care outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and therapeutic techniques.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients who seek assistance in navigating various mental health challenges. This may include managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional struggles. • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the United States.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults, demonstrating consistent competence in therapeutic practices.
• Strong writing abilities for the creation of thorough session notes and treatment reports while ensuring compliance with all documentation standards.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions taken against you by any licensing board.

• Experience with evidence-based practices, specifically CBT and other similar therapeutic methodologies.
• Ability to provide services in a culturally competent manner, accommodating a diverse client population.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and familiarity with telehealth practices.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
