Description

It is the responsibility of the Assembler/Trimmer, Rotomold Products to pull required material to assemble all types of tanks, according to the Schroeder Bill of Materials. Utilizes various tools and equipment to assemble these products to manufacturing specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tests all tanks coming from molding operation.
  • Trims all tanks after molding operation.
  • Assembles all required products and inspects material for compliance to manufacturing specifications using the work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings and instructions.
  • Uses various hand-tools, power-tools (screwdriver and electric drill), torch, taps, and glues for assembling and handling tanks and components.
  • Inspects final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications.
  • Works in other assembly support functions including but not limited to washing, testing, rotomold, and repairing.
  • Utilizes company-wide computer system to check on stock, access engineering drawings, check on work order status and other job-related manufacturing transactions as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Works overtime as required.
