WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
The MSFW Program Coordinator (Program Specialist III) performs complex (journey-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
 

YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of MSFW programs and services.
-Assist with technical assistance to Workforce Solutions offices.
-Analyze program performance data and identify trends.
-Build relationships with community and professional groups to promote program awareness.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
-Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
 

YOU QUALIFY WITH: 
- One year and six months of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position. 
-Six months of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Program Specialist II or Program Supervisor II with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications.
 

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH:
-Experience working with agricultural communities or MSFW populations.
-Familiarity with the Wagner-Peyser Act and related federal employment service programs.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to travel extensively and perform field visits as required.
