Temporary Recruiter – 3-Month Contract Opportunity

Pay Rate: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Duration: Approximately 3 months

About the Role

As a Temporary Recruiter, you will play an important role in supporting the company's hiring needs. You will manage multiple positions, connect with qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

· Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.

· Conduct phone screens and virtual or in-person interviews.

· Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.

· Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.

· Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding activities.

· Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and candidate pipelines.

· Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

· Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and applicable employment requirements.

· Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial staffing, or a similar environment.

· Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organization and time-management abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple openings and meet hiring deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

· Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

· Recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, or skilled-labor positions.

· Strong candidate relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and team members.

· Knowledge of California employment and hiring practices.
