About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This individual serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner leverages multiple sourcing platforms, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures alignment between Talent Acquisition and business hiring needs. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to gather role requirements, define qualifications, set expectations, and establish a hiring strategy.
Screen and qualify candidates through resume review, phone screens, behavioral assessments, and skill evaluations.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Utilize job boards including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, RecruitMilitary, LinkedIn and Handshake to proactively source talent.
Leverage Boolean search, resume databases, social channels, and industry-specific platforms to identify passive candidates.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Compliance & Process Excellence
Experience and Requirements:
1-3 years of full-cycle HVAC recruiting experience
Experience sourcing through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, RecruitMilitary, Handshake, and resume databases.
