Role Summary
We're hiring a Principal Talent Partner to lead hiring for our most senior and business-critical roles, including executive leadership, VP-level leaders, and principal-level individual contributor engineers.
This role is designed for a recruiter who thrives in high-stakes, high-touch environments - someone who can build deep trust with candidates, partner closely with C-Suite, and personally close complex offers. We do not use external recruiting agencies; this role replaces them.
