Job description


The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and people managers across the Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and the Global Climate Solutions organizations, with a primary focus on Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales Support teams. In this role, the HRBP partners closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and overall business success.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as an advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on organizational effectiveness, change management, team dynamics, and performance optimization.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and key metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven business and talent decisions.
  • Conduct employee relations, integrity, and compliance investigations, recommending appropriate resolutions and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with in-country HR partners to ensure the effective execution of HR programs, policies, and actions outside the United States.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, employee relations, conflict resolution, and effective communication strategies.
  • Promote an inclusive, engaging, and positive employee experience that supports a high-performing culture.
  • Partner with the Compensation team to support annual merit, incentive, and promotion processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support hiring managers in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to meet current and future business needs.
  • Assess organizational capabilities and staffing requirements to support workforce readiness and business growth objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR in technology, manufacturing, consumer products or product-based organization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting commercial organizations with a significant non-exempt workforce.

  • Experience with collective bargaining units.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
  • Experience influencing and coaching leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
