Rev.io delivers powerful, configurable software solutions designed to support billing, customer and business management, payments, analytics, provisioning, and automation. We serve service providers in telecommunications, Wireless & IoT, managed IT services, A/V, security integration, and other related industries. Our modern, cloud-based platform offers a comprehensive quote-to-cash experience that empowers clients to grow their revenue more efficiently.
Headquartered in Atlanta, with additional offices in West Virginia, Rev.io brings over 21 years of industry expertise to the table. While we are seasoned professionals in our field, we are also a fast-growing company seeking exceptional individuals ready to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a career-defining environment.
At the core of our culture are our mission, vision, and "ACT TOP" values, which guide our work every day.
  • Our Mission: Help clients grow revenue efficiently.
  • Our Vision: To be the world's best billing and back-office software provider, known for innovation and extraordinary service to our clients and their end users.
Our ACT TOP Values
  • Achieving Extraordinary Results: Going above and beyond while maintaining excellence in your role.
  • Caring for Employees, Clients, and Community: Showing empathy and support for those who need it most.
  • Take Responsibility and Act Like an Owner: Demonstrating accountability and integrity-even when no one is watching.
  • Transparent Leadership: Embracing open communication at every level.
  • Opportunity to Make a Positive Difference: Taking initiative to drive better outcomes.
  • Passion for Innovation: Bringing energy and creativity to problem-solving and efficiency.

In a recent national survey, 97% of our employees said Rev.io is a Great Place to Work-a strong contrast to the 57% average at comparable U.S. companies. Our values and team-oriented culture make Rev.io a uniquely inspiring workplace.About the Role: The VP of Onboarding & Implementation will lead one of the most critical and high-impact functions at Rev.io: owning how clients go live on our platform and defining what world-class implementation looks like as we scale. This leader will be responsible for building a repeatable, disciplined, client-centered onboarding function that improves implementation quality, reduces time-to-value, creates stronger handoffs, and drives a consistently excellent client experience.
This role is ideal for a process-driven implementation leader who has successfully scaled onboarding, professional services, or client delivery teams in a growth-stage SaaS or technology services environment. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to a complex implementation environment while still moving quickly and partnering closely across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Client Success.
The ideal candidate is based in the Atlanta, GA area and can work closely with Rev.io's executive team and cross-functional partners. AI and automation experience is a plus, especially where it has improved onboarding efficiency, but the primary focus of this role is process excellence, scalable implementation playbooks, team leadership, client outcomes, and operational discipline.Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full onboarding and implementation lifecycle across Rev.io's products, from signed contract through successful go-live and early adoption.
  • Build and continuously improve scalable implementation processes, playbooks, templates, handoffs, governance, and operating rhythms.
  • Reduce time-to-value by identifying bottlenecks, clarifying ownership, improving client readiness, and standardizing repeatable implementation motions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding and implementation team, creating accountability for delivery quality, timelines, client communication, and outcomes.
  • Establish clear implementation KPIs, including time-to-live, time-to-value, on-time delivery, client satisfaction, implementation quality, capacity, utilization, and margin.
  • Partner with Sales on scoping, implementation expectations, statements of work, and handoffs to ensure clients and delivery teams are set up for success before kickoff.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for complex or strategic implementations, helping resolve escalations and maintain confidence with senior client stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to identify recurring implementation friction, prioritize platform improvements, and improve client onboarding scalability.
  • Improve cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Client Success, and Implementation to create a smoother client journey.
  • Build strong reporting and operational visibility so leadership can understand implementation performance, risks, capacity, and trends.
  • Develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, client ownership, and operational discipline within the implementation function.
  • Evaluate opportunities to use automation, tooling, or AI-enabled workflows where they can meaningfully improve speed, consistency, quality, or client experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, client delivery, operations, or solutions delivery within a B2B SaaS, technology services, telecom, MSP, billing, payments, or adjacent environment.
  • Proven experience improving onboarding or implementation processes, reducing time-to-value, standardizing playbooks, and creating scalable delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated success leading implementation, onboarding, professional services, or client delivery teams through growth, change, or operational transformation.
  • Strong understanding of implementation KPIs, delivery governance, capacity planning, utilization, margin, client satisfaction, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on scoping, SOWs, implementation expectations, and clean handoffs from sales to delivery.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Client Success, and executive stakeholders around shared delivery outcomes.
  • Executive presence and client-facing credibility, with the ability to communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders during complex implementations or escalations.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to diagnose process gaps, simplify complexity, build structure, and drive consistent execution.
  • Experience in growth-stage or mid-size companies preferred; must be comfortable building and improving processes rather than simply operating within a mature enterprise playbook.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Atlanta or metro Atlanta based.
  • Experience working with or serving MSP, telecom, managed services, technology services, billing, payments, PSA, ERP, or adjacent SaaS markets.
  • Experience owning or contributing to a Professional Services P&L, including pricing, utilization, margin, staffing, and financial performance.
  • Familiarity with implementation tools, project management systems, CRM systems, data migration processes, API integrations, or workflow automation.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI-enabled tools, or process technology to improve onboarding speed, quality, reporting, or consistency.
  • Prior experience leading implementation or onboarding functions through rapid scaling, product expansion, or significant process transformation.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to lead and scale a critical client-facing function at an Atlanta-based SaaS company.
  • Direct executive partnership and visibility from day one.
  • A product that clients rely on and a market that values faster, cleaner, more scalable implementation.
  • Real ownership - your decisions will shape how Rev.io improves client onboarding and scales delivery for the next stage of growth.
  • Competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and meaningful equity participation.
  • Comprehensive benefits and a culture where high performance is recognized and rewarded.
Benefits & Perks
  • Generous HSA employer contribution
  • 401k with generous company match and immediate vesting
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Company paid for life and disability insurance
  • Monthly tech reimbursement
  • Monthly fitness reimbursement
  • Education and development stipend
  • Time off to volunteer at the organization of your choice, as well as company-level volunteer opportunities
  • Clear and documented career path for your position
  • True open-door policy with opportunities to give feedback to leadership on a continual basis through 1:1 sessions multiple times per year
