As TKDA continues its growth journey beyond 500 employee-owners and toward the next chapter of our strategic vision, this position will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing talent across the career spectrum, from students and early-career professionals to experienced technical leaders and industry experts.
This is a recruiting-focused position with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, passive candidate outreach, talent pipeline development, and relationship building. Beyond recruiting, you'll help strengthen TKDA's employer brand by showcasing our people, culture, projects, employee ownership experience, and career opportunities through social media, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and industry connections.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines that support both immediate and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define talent profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen TKDA's employer brand by promoting our culture, employee ownership model, career opportunities, employee stories, and project work through social media, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Support campus recruiting activities, internship programs, career fairs, and university partnerships.
Maintain recruiting activity within ATS and HRIS systems while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and referral strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Demonstrated success building and nurturing talent pipelines and professional networks.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Creativity and strategic thinking in developing talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruiting technologies.

Advantageous Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting architecture, engineering, environmental, construction, or other technical professionals.
  • Experience developing employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Experience supporting regional or national recruiting efforts.
  • Experience building social media content that showcases company culture, employee experiences, projects, and day-to-day operations.
