Position Summary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Will work closely with all levels of management to determine long term strategic hiring needs and ensure the highest level of service is provided.
  • Leadership
  • Leads and directs talent acquisition team to support business units. 
  • Responsible for all aspects of managing a virtual team including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, development, load balancing.
  • Assures candidate management standards and protocols are being met or exceeded by team leads and supporting teams
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity for team, report development and delivery. 
  • Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans for the Company.
  • Partner directly and effectively with HR management and members of other cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR recruiting initiatives for the Company in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection activities for the Company by introducing recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives.
  • Gets updates from Team Leaders on weekly recruitment activity. 
  • Point of escalation on talent acquisition issues for team leaders.

Candidate Development

  • Develops appropriate talent acquisition strategy to reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates.
  • Evaluates candidates against job requirements, engages candidate on the opportunity and presents qualified candidates.

Metrics

  • Monitor Talent Acquisition productivity reports.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting experience in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting and/or Agency experience
  • 2 years of talent acquisition supervisory experience or relevant leadership/managerial experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
