District Manager - Multi-Unit (Fast Casual Dining)

A large and rapidly growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced Area Coach (District Manager) to oversee multiple restaurant locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and maximizing financial performance.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
  • Hold management teams accountable for performance and results

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance
  • Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes
