We're looking for a Talent Leader who wants real ownership-and real impact. In this role, you'll shape how employees learn, grow, and progress across a multi-site manufacturing organization. You'll lead our core training and leadership development programs and expand your influence into broader talent development efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to connect training with long-term talent strategy.
If you're passionate about developing people, building leadership pipelines, and strengthening organizational capability, this role offers the visibility, influence, and support to do meaningful work at scale.
