As the Operations Plant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our Monroe City, Missouri facility with focus on manufacturing operations. This Senior Leadership position involves ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, managing production schedules, optimizing processes, and leading the operations team. You will work closely with other departments to align manufacturing goals with the company's strategic objectives.
