Your responsibilities Job Summary The Learning & Talent Intern plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Talent team. This position provides administrative and operational support that enables high-quality leadership development programs, learning experiences, and talent initiatives across the organization.
This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, curious, and eager to gain hands-on experience across Learning & Development and Talent Management. Many of the day-to-day responsibilities are administrative and operational in nature, but there is significant opportunity to learn, contribute, and take on additional responsibility. We are looking for a self-starter who identifies what needs to be done, looks for ways to add value, and takes initiative beyond assigned tasks.Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and help manage the Learning & Talent team inbox, ensuring inquiries are routed and responded to promptly.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for virtual learning sessions, including attendance, polls, breakout rooms, and participant support.
  • Prepare participant materials, communications, learning resources, training supplies, and other program materials.
  • Support in-person event logistics, including room setup, registration, catering coordination, materials, and the overall participant experience.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, including scheduling, maintaining trackers, organizing files and resources, data entry, and other day-to-day team needs.
  • Support Talent Management initiatives, including the High Potential Program, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development projects as opportunities arise.
  • Participate in team and project meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and participant experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative work and improve team efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework, previous internship experience, or demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
  • Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Canva, or similar HR and content-development tools is a plus.
