Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR)

New Horizons In-Home Care

Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience
Location: Eugene, Oregon (on-site role, supports multiple sites)
Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Occasional travel within Oregon and Washington

New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing healthcare organization.

In this role, you will recruit and hire caregivers, direct support professionals (DSPs), and healthcare support staff who help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safely in their homes.

If you enjoy interviewing candidates, partnering with leaders, and building strong teams, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews for caregiver and healthcare positions

  • Partner with site leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing needs

  • Post and manage jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms

  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation coordination

  • Help improve recruiting processes and hiring workflows


Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, management, operations, customer service, or similar people-focused roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
