A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
  • Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
  • Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
  • Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required
  • Data Center recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
  • Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership
  • This is an in-office position
