Talent Acquisition Consultant - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. This person will provide support in the area of strategic recruitment and sourcing strategies, development of potential candidates, initial resume review, candidate pre-screening and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Internal Management team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the entire organization.
  • Utilize tools and resources from the web-based applicant tracking to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's overall recruiting function.
  • Continually source candidates and find creative ways to cultivate talent pipelines for niche skillsets via advanced sourcing, outreach, local networking and use of social media.
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiter functions of job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and new hire follow-up.
  • Attend and participate in networking activities outside of the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensures a positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.
  • Ensure all recruiting and interviewing processes are aligned with state and federal laws.
  • Manage the orientation and onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Assist hiring managers with onboarding and training plans as needed.
