  • Monitor local labor-market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and competitor activity.
  • Support career fairs, hiring events, trade-school partnerships, community events, and workforce-development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate communication, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Ability to evaluate technical rรฉsumรฉs and determine whether candidates meet position requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining candidate quality and accurate documentation.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to move recruiting priorities forward without constant direction.

Preferred Background

  • Staffing-agency recruiting experience.
  • Commercial or industrial construction recruiting experience.
  • An established network within the construction or skilled-trades market.
  • Experience building relationships with trade schools or workforce-development organizations.
  • Experience improving recruiting workflows, candidate engagement, or hiring processes.
  • A record of increasing responsibility, ownership, and career progression.
