Job Summary:
HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Informatica MDM + Talend Consultant who can work onsite from Day 1 in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), ETL development using Talend, and data integration strategies, requiring hands-on development and implementation experience in enterprise data solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions (Customer/Product domains preferred).
โ€ข Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend (DI, ESB, or Talend Cloud).
โ€ข Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
โ€ข Perform data modeling, data mapping, and data quality assessments.
โ€ข Integrate MDM with upstream/downstream systems using APIs, messaging, and batch processes.
โ€ข Ensure data governance, data quality, and data consistency across systems.
โ€ข Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ETL/MDM processes.
โ€ข Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
โ€ข Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and QA.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Informatica MDM
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools (Talend DI / Talend Cloud)
โ€ข Strong knowledge of data integration, data governance, and data quality frameworks
โ€ข Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
โ€ข Expertise in data modeling and MDM architecture
โ€ข Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
โ€ข Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โ€ข Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Dallas, TX from Day 1
โ€ข Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with Informatica IDQ (Data Quality) or Informatica PowerCenter
โ€ข Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
โ€ข Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
โ€ข Previous experience working in onsite-offshore model
