In this role, you will play a key part in uncovering consumer insights that help drive innovation across home and personal care categories. This role combines hands-on research execution with forward-looking innovation work, offering exposure to both foundational methodologies and emerging approaches such as social listening and future-forward consumer exploration. You will support end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help translate consumer behaviors and trends into actionable business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and manage consumer research studies including CLTs, HUTs, sensory evaluations, concept testing, and survey programming
 • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop meaningful insights and recommendations
 • Support both foundational and exploratory research, including innovation initiatives, trend analysis, social listening, and future-forward consumer programs
 • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Sales teams to help shape consumer-centric strategies
 • Contribute to the preparation of research materials, data validation, and study logistics to ensure high-quality execution
 • Leverage emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies to continuously improve insights capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

• BS degree in Consumer Insights, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Analytics, or related field (MS preferred)
 • Approximately 3 years of experience in consumer insights or market research
 • Experience with platforms such as Qualtrics, Toluna, SPSS, SAS, or similar tools preferred
 • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage both data and research execution effectively
 • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and communication abilities
 • Curiosity, agility, and passion for innovation and consumer behavior
