Tufflex Tag SewerWeekly Pay | Immediate Interviews | Full-Time Opportunity

Are you looking for a stable manufacturing career with consistent hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to start quickly? We are seeking a 3rd Shift Tufflex Tag Sewer to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate an industrial sewing machine to attach product identification tags to high-strength Tufflex slings used in manufacturing, construction, automotive, and warehouse environments.

What You'll Do
  • Operate a sit-down industrial sewing machine to sew product information tags onto Tufflex slings according to specifications.
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily and weekly goals.
  • Set up and adjust sewing equipment to ensure proper stitching and accurate tag placement.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any equipment issues.
  • Maintain production efficiency while minimizing errors and waste.
  • Handle materials and finished products carefully to preserve product integrity.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work closely with team members to support production demands.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Experience operating machinery preferred.
  • Ability to learn and operate an industrial sewing machine.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic quality inspection experience.
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or distribution experience.
  • Previous machine operator experience.
  • Experience performing product quality inspections.
  • Familiarity with machine setup and production processes.
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

Work Environment

You'll work in an industrial manufacturing setting operating a sit-down sewing machine. The environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. Pay and Benefits
