Mission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking a highly skilled Cyberspace Exercise Planner to support an upcoming, high-impact mission at Fort Meade.
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.

Cyber Instructor 2 - $86,775 - $110,000
Cyber Instructor 3 - $106,399 - $144,000
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Cyberspace Exercise Planner supports mission partners by developing, coordinating, and executing cyberspace operations. In this role, you will assess operational requirements, ensure plans align across strategic, operational, and tactical levels, and contribute to the development of technologies and TTPs that enable both offensive and defensive cyber capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Cyber Instructor 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Cyber Instructor 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Cyber Instructor 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
Prior cyber exercise planning and operational experience at the Command or cyber component/team levels, along with relevant cyber-focused operational or planning certification courses.
