Job description

Title: JCREW Instructor / RCM
Location: Crane, IN
Position Description:
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a JCREW Instructor / RCM to support the Weapon Systems Training Branch at NSWC Crane.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training in support of program and customer requirements.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training events and related instructional activities.
  • Assign tasks to team members and oversee day-to-day training support efforts.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, effective, and delivered in a clear and professional manner.
  • Monitor training performance and assist with improving processes, materials, and delivery methods.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and customer representatives to support mission requirements.
  • Assist with the development, update, and maintenance of instructional materials, course content, and related documentation.
  • Identify and help resolve technical, administrative, and process-related issues that affect training delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable safety, security, and program requirements.
  • Provide status updates, communicate progress, and support overall contract performance as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and five (5) or more years of instructional development and/or instructional experience.
  • Must have basic instructor and safety requirements certifications.
  • Must have a signed statement of understanding acknowledging compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968.
  • Must be able to pass a medical screening and psychological evaluation in accordance with commercially available screening guidance, such as the Minnesota Multi-Phasic Inventory.
  • Must be a Certified Level 1 and Level 2 RCM Developer for Navy Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government personnel, and outside contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal instructor training.
  • Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, SOF, JCREW, small arms, or related weapons-system training programs.
  • Experience conducting classroom, field, virtual, and maintenance-focused instruction.
  • Familiarity with Navy 3M / PMS development, MRCs, and maintenance-related training support.
  • Experience supervising training teams and managing multiple concurrent training requirements.

Clearance:

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance and site-access requirements necessary to perform work under this effort.
