BGI is seeking part-time F-16 Instructor Pilots to periodically deploy to international F-16 locations and provide mentorship and operational feedback/advising to partner-nation F-16 squadrons/pilots. Position involves candidates acting as operational/tactical subject matter experts by applying advanced technical concepts in the area of F-16 employment. Positions also include assisting with creation of training materials and mission scenarios. Candidates would be expected to deploy to an international location for 2-3 months. Positions available immediately. Must have an active secret security clearance.

Position Summary

Position involves candidates acting as operational/tactical subject matter experts by applying advanced technical concepts in the area of F-16 employment. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality aircrew mentorship and performance feedback
- Evaluate and record pilot performance of mission conduct
- Advise on the conduct of F-16 flight operations, supervision and flight safety
- Support aircrew training scenario design
- Participate in flight briefings and debriefings for pilot missions
- Review monthly/quarterly flying literature, safety reports and service publications for updated information to be incorporated into training materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Director or applicable manager
Required and/or Preferred Qualifications
Education, Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Experience:
- Operational Instructor Pilot (IP) experience (required)
- Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years as a fighter pilot in a fourth or fifth generation fighter aircraft
- International pilot experience desired
- F-16 Weapons School graduate desired
