Job Summary:
Omega Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Tech BA/Configurator to join their team. The role involves driving business discussions, configuring Salesforce, and generating data reports while interacting with businesses and leading the team as necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Drive ICM business discussions
• Work as a strong configurator
• Generate data reports in Salesforce
• Comfortable with Agile process and JIRA
• Lead the team when required
• Write strong user stories at dev ready level
• Interact with businesses
• Have working knowledge of Tableau reporting
• Functional testing experience
• Marketo configuration knowledge
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong Salesforce BA (who is as good as a developer / configurator)
• At least Salesforce BA certified
• Experience with working in Lightning Platform and Sales Cloud
• Able to work as a strong configurator and generate data reports in Salesforce without any support
• Comfortable with Agile process, JIRA
• Able to lead the team when required occasionally
• Strong user Story writing skills at dev ready level (very detailed at technical level)
• Strong communication Skills as he would be interacting with Businesses mostly
• Data analytics and reporting
• Good functional testing experience
• If knows selenium platform, it's a big plus
Preferred:
• Knowledge on Marketo/Tableau
• Working knowledge of Tableau reporting (from BA perspective)
• Marketo configuration knowledge
