Job description

Job Summary:
SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ, specializing in developing innovative cancer treatments. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and scale a complex hybrid infrastructure, ensuring stability while driving improvements and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches and routers, VMware and Hyper-V environments
• Design and troubleshoot network configurations including site-to-site VPNs and routing
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration including licensing and user management
• Manage remote tools such as Datto RMM, TeamViewer, GoToAssist
• Support conference room systems (Logitech)
• Administer NAS/storage systems for hypervisors
• Work across Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
• Assist with SQL systems (preferred)
• Support Azure/cloud infrastructure (plus)
• Create documentation, SOPs, and diagrams
• Support users across multiple locations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including server administration, enterprise networking, and end-user support; prior experience in a senior or lead capacity is strongly preferred.
