Description


The FP&A Systems & Business Insights Analyst helps transform Finance through Power BI, FP&A planning software, data analytics, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools as ME Global scales for business growth. This role supports the continued evolution of Finance from manual, spreadsheet-based reporting toward automated dashboards, self-service analytics, stronger planning processes, and clear business storytelling that turns data into actionable insights.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Intelligence Development team, IT, Finance, and business functions to develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and FP&A planning software capabilities.
  • Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and reporting packages that help business leaders understand performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support KPI development, data validation, data quality, and reporting governance to improve confidence in financial and operational reporting.
  • Lead utilization, enhancement, and adoption of FP&A planning software to improve forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
  • Support SAP reporting, data analysis, financial analysis, month-end reporting, and ad hoc business analysis activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate recurring reporting and analysis, and reduce manual spreadsheet preparation.
  • Support implementation of planning, forecasting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance technologies.
  • Develop automated variance analysis, commentary support, and practical uses of data analytics and artificial intelligence within Finance.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, Data Science or related field.
  • 4+ years in business analytics, FP&A, planning software, financial systems or related work.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, visualization tools, or similar business intelligence platforms;ย 
  • Experience supporting forecasting, planning processes, management reporting, financial analysis, and month-end reporting procedures.
  • Experience improving reporting processes, streamlining workflows, automating analysis, or reducing manual spreadsheet work.
  • Comfort using AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging analytics capabilities to improve productivity and insight generation.
