Eagle Point School District is seeking a passionate and student-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our elementary team for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the Role
Working collaboratively with colleagues, specialists, administrators, and families, the Kindergarten Teacher develops meaningful learning experiences aligned with Oregon Academic Standards, monitors student progress through ongoing assessment, and differentiates instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners. The teacher is responsible for establishing a positive classroom culture, maintaining high expectations for student success, promoting safe and respectful learning environments, and supporting the mission and goals of Eagle Point School District. The position also includes participation in professional learning, school improvement efforts, and other responsibilities that contribute to the success of the school community.

Applicants must hold or be eligible for an Oregon Teaching License with appropriate endorsement(s). Candidates should demonstrate strong

Position Title: Elementary Teacher - Kinder
Placement: Table Rock Elementary
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327. Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin August 27, 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
