Eagle Point School District 9 (EPSD9) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher
to join the team at Table Rock Elementary. This role is central to our mission of helping students grow
into respectful, responsible, and independent learners in a positive and engaging environment.
Located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of southern Oregon, EPSD9 serves students in
Eagle Point, White City, and surrounding communities. Our district blends small-town charm with access to urban amenities,

About the Role
The Elementary Teacher at Table Rock Elementary will plan, deliver, and assess instruction in alignment with Oregon state standards and
district curriculum goals. This role requires effective classroom management, collaboration with colleagues and families,
and a commitment to continuous professional growth. Teachers are expected to support a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate
learning environment that addresses individual student needs and fosters academic success.
Responsibilities include preparing engaging lessons, maintaining a classroom culture of respect and high expectations,
using data to guide instruction, participating in school initiatives, and supporting student assessment and intervention strategies.
Teachers will also participate in building and district-level professional development, adhere to board policies and procedures,
and contribute to the broader school community.
Who We're Looking For
EPSD9 is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic educator who holds a current Oregon Teaching License with the appropriate endorsement(s)
for the elementary level and meets the requirements to be designated Highly Qualified by TSPC. The ideal candidate brings content expertise,
strong classroom management skills, and a passion for working with elementary students.
Successful candidates will demonstrate collaboration, professionalism, and strong communication skills. They will also be
able to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students,
and reflect positively on the teaching profession. Experience with technology integration and
formative/summative assessment strategies is highly valued.

Position Title: Elementary Teacher (Grade to be Determined)
Placement: Table Rock Elementary, White City, OR
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 193/194 days/8 hr per day to begin August 27, 2026
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327 (prorated based on start date).
Salary placement will depend upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
