The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) leads and delivers endtoend recruiting support for DePuy Synthes, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire highquality talent. This role plays a key part in shaping workforce capability, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and compliant candidate experience. Based in Raynham, this position offers the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, lead recruiters, and directly support business growth within a global MedTech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead North America talent acquisition strategy and delivery, aligning hiring plans with business priorities and workforce strategies.

  • Manage and develop TA team members, fosteringstrong performance, engagement, and capability growth.

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR to provideconsultative guidance on hiring needs, market insights, and talent solutionsand align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across North America, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, andhighqualitycandidate experienceacross all EMEA markets.

  • Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics toachievemetrics and improve speed, quality, and cost of hire.

  • Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

  • Oversee and coach recruiters and/or team members, fostering capability building and consistent performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and local labor regulations across North America.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, technology enablement, and vendor management.

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degreerequiredinHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, ora relatedfield.

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically6-8 years of progressive experiencein talent acquisition or recruiting, including peoplemanagement or teamlead responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience managingfullcycle recruitingacross multiple role types.

  • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.

  • Proven ability to use recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions and outcomes.

  • Experience working in structured, compliancedriven environments.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in aregulated industrysuch as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or technical roles.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and TA analytics.

  • Experience working in aglobal or matrixed organization.

  • Travel:Up to ~15-20%, primarily domestic.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
