Job description

DRMP is a multi-discipline engineering and professional services firm delivering transportation, environmental, structural, and geotechnical solutions across the Southeast. As part of the Trilon Group family of companies, DRMP is growing aggressively in 2026 with an ambitious hiring plan to match.

The Senior Recruiter - Engineering is the dedicated Talent Acquisition point of contact for DRMP's Engineering business units. You will own the BU relationship end to end - from req intake through close - while setting sourcing strategy and coordinating execution with the Recruiter on your track. This is a high-volume, full-cycle role carrying a blended req load of 15-20 active requisitions across senior, mid-level, and entry-level engineering positions.
  • Serve as the single TA point of contact for Engineering BU leadership - first call on urgent needs, new headcount, and escalations
  • Own req intake, kickoff, and sourcing strategy for all Engineering track roles
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting across a blended req load: sourcing, screening, submittals, scheduling, offer support, and close
  • Coordinate req distribution and sourcing approach with the TA Manager
  • Own the weekly Engineering pipeline narrative presented to the TA Manager
  • Maintain Pinpoint ATS hygiene - statuses, dispositions, and notes current at all times
  • Report weekly KPIs and flag blockers - HM responsiveness gaps, comp misalignment, sourcing challenges - proactively

  •  5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing HM relationships independent
  •  Experience with ATS platforms (Pinpoint or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  •  Strong pipeline management skills across a high-volume, multi-req book
  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred:

AEC / engineering recruiting experience is a strong differentiator for this role:
  • Experience recruiting civil, structural, transportation, or geotechnical engineers
  • Background in AEC firm recruiting - agency or in-house
  • Familiarity with engineering titles and career progression (EI, PE, Project Engineer, PM)
  • Knowledge of the Southeast AEC talent market and peer-firm sourcing strategies
What you'll be a part of:

You'll join a restructured DRMP TA team in the middle of an aggressive second-half 2026 push. The structure is clean, the BU ownership is real, and leadership is invested in making TA a competitive advantage.
  • Excellent compensation package
  • Outstanding holiday and paid-time-off programs
  • 401(k) Plan and Match
  • Career Path Development Program (Management & Technical Career Tracks)
  • Mentorship Program
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Parental Leave
  • Competitive health and dental insurance premiums
  • Variety of voluntary benefit options
  • Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability
  • Company-furnished life insurance
  • Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
  • Flexible Spending Account
DRMP is a Drug and Alcohol-Free workplace, an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and E-Verify employer.
