Job description

The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an important role in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and new hires. This position supports Talent Acquisition by coordinating and administering key activities across the employee lifecycle.

Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, urgency, sound judgment, and a strong service mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and motivated to improve how work gets done through technology, automation, and AI.

Employee Value Proposition

This is an opportunity to help shape a forward-thinking, automated, and AI-enabled Talent Acquisition function. You will learn from experienced People Experience leaders while having the opportunity to make a visible impact on how we recruit, hire, and onboard talent.

You will have the autonomy to identify better ways of working, improve processes, and help create a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders. Key Performance Objectives

  • Improve TA efficiency through AI and automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual or repetitive work while improving accuracy, speed, and service.
  • Strengthen and scale TA processes: Review and improve SOPs, identify process gaps and single points of failure, and build sustainable practices that create greater consistency and continuity.
  • Elevate the TA experience: Continuously improve the candidate, hiring leader, and new-hire experience through proactive communication, strong execution, and exceptional service.

Performance Accountabilities

  • Recruiting Coordination: Supports Recruiters throughout the hiring lifecycle, including interview scheduling, job postings, PI Job Targets, offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Candidate & Hiring Leader Experience: Creates a professional, responsive, and positive experience through timely communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities to improve workflows, leverage AI and automation, strengthen SOPs, and create scalable TA best practices.
  • Onboarding & People Experience: Coordinates activities that create a seamless transition from candidate to employee, including new-hire swag and backup support for first-day orientation.
  • Workplace & Team Support: Supports space planning, team-building activities, and other initiatives that strengthen collaboration and the employee experience.
  • Confidentiality & Judgment: Handles sensitive employee, candidate, and organizational information with the highest level of discretion and exercises sound judgment when escalating issues.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Builds strong relationships across TA, HR, hiring leaders, and other business partners while supporting broader People Experience initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Manages multiple priorities with accuracy, urgency, and accountability while anticipating needs and resolving issues before they impact the experience.

Performance Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR Coordinator role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting across levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
