Test Technician Location: Durham, NC 27703 (On-site) Pay: $22.50/hour (no shift differential) Schedule: Monโ€“Fri 2:00 PMโ€“10:30 PM (training 4โ€“6 weeks on 1st shift 6:00 AMโ€“2:30 PM ) Type: Contract-to-hire | Full-time (40+ hrs/week) | W2 Manufacturing Production Test Technician (Vial Fill Systems) โ€“ Contract to Hire Job Summary A-Line Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Production Test Technician in Durham, NC . In this role, youโ€™ll test, troubleshoot, configure, and repair Parata Max vial-filling machines to ensure each unit meets quality and customer configuration requirements before shipment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

What Youโ€™ll Do Perform functional testing to verify performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues using schematics/diagnostic tools Complete repairs, calibrations, adjustments, and document results/defects/fixes Install software, run firmware updates, and configure units to order requirements Record work accurately in MES systems and follow safety/quality standard work Maintain a clean, organized work area and support continuous improvement efforts Assist with training new technicians (as needed) Requirements High School Diploma or GED (required) Background check must be completed before start Electromechanical troubleshooting experience (preferred: AAS technical degree OR 3โ€“5 years hands-on experience) Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics & wiring diagrams Experience using a multimeter and electronic diagnostic tools Reliable transportation Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs Safety shoes (steel/composite) required (safety glasses provided) Drug screening not required Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Compensation & Benefits $22.50/hour Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available to eligible employees (per policy) How to Apply If youโ€™re interested, please apply to this posting
