Job Description
Are you a seasoned project leader who thrives on orchestrating complex engineering projects and developing high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.
As our new Project Execution & Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team of project engineers, project managers, and project process specialists to deliver large-scale modular and packaged pump system projects for our commercial buildings division. You'll be part of a diverse and supportive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth and well-being.
What you will be doing
As a Project Leader, you'll create impact by driving exceptional project outcomes in time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction, while building a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across the project's organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project engineers, project managers, and assistant project managers - assigning projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, logistics challenges, and SAP system issues, bridging the gap between customers and internal project teams.
  • Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement across project workflows, collaborating with operations, engineering, and sales teams to optimize shop loading and modular systems delivery.
  • Provide project progress updates to sales management and finance, including percentage completion and estimated ship dates for large-value and skid-based projects.
  • Participate in hand-over meetings, priority and production meetings, and project postmortems to ensure alignment, quality, and lessons learned are captured.

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are an organized, proactive leader with deep project management expertise, strong SAP proficiency, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across customers, operations, and engineering teams under pressure. We would also imagine that you have:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience)
  • 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineered to order environments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing project engineers and project managers.
  • Hands on SAP experience for project tracking, BOM management, and order fulfillment.

It is a plus if you also have:
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing large-value projects or skid-based/modular systems for commercial buildings.
  • Knowledge of pump systems, packaged pump solutions, or HVAC/mechanical systems in industrial or commercial applications.

Why you will love working here
  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
