5+ years of professional experience as a Power Systems Engineer.

Experience performing power system impact studies such as Dynamic Stability, Load Flow, Steady State, and Short Circuit.

Experience with power systems software such as PSS/E, PSCAD, Aspen, and TARA.

Experience automating/programming in Python.

Proven team player skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to producing high-quality reports and deliverables, taking full ownership and pride in work.

Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity, and innovation.
