Job Overview: The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that support organizational goals, regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and employee development. This role ensures all employees receive consistent, effective training on bank policies, procedures, systems, products, and compliance requirements while fostering continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Training Manager: Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of all internal and external organization training programs. Conducts needs analyses and works with management to develop learning objectives and course content.Conducts training for assigned departments and individuals. May track external training schedules, participation, costs, and effectiveness. May develop internal training manuals and guides.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred.
  • Must have 5+ years in banking/financial services.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, policies, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
