Job description

The Products Developer/Systems Analyst will work closely with the Director, Products Solutions on the analysis, execution, and implementation of a diverse customer portfolio of projects as well provide end user support and training on Decision Resources Products: Decision365 and DecisionExcelerator. This job is 100% remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to:
Project Work:
• Lead Developer/Systems Analyst and liaison between customer stakeholders and Decision Resources
• Gather, analyze & document business requirements
• Define & develop information solutions
• Perform quality assurance planning & testing
• Assist users with user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Run training sessions & workshops on product & system processes
• Provide post-production support
• Follow a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
Decision365 & DecisionExcelerator (Syteline) Production Support:
• Electronic Data Interchange [EDI], Ecommerce, and Optical Character Recognition [OCR] customer transaction support
• General user issues
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or related field
• 3-5 Years of experience in an IT Developer / Systems Analyst role
• Experience with Syteline V.10 and other platforms, including but not limited to:
o Customer Order Integration with EDI, Ecommerce, and OCR platforms.
o Supply Chain & Warehouse Management
o Financial Management Experience a plus
• Full life cycle Project Management experience (Waterfall & Agile/Scrum Methodologies)
• Programming experience in Microsoft VisualStudio.NET (Visual Basic) and PL/SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
