DAS Project Manager (Low Voltage)
Employment Type: Contract (Project-Based)
Location: Arizona (On-site at Manufacturing Facility)
Project Duration: Starts late April 2026 / Approx. 3 months
Compensation: $8,000-$9,000/month DOE + relocation expenses (if applicable)
Experience Required: 3-5+ years in related field
We are seeking an experienced DAS (Distributed Antenna System) Project Manager to oversee a low voltage communications infrastructure project at a large manufacturing facility in Arizona.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end DAS deployment activities, including coordination with subcontractors, schedule control, progress tracking, and client communication.
DAS systems enhance wireless coverage in large facilities such as factories, tunnels, and commercial buildings by distributing signal through multiple antennas. The system is similar in concept to Wi-Fi AP deployments but primarily involves coaxial cable-based installation and structured cabling environments.
This position is ideal for a Project Manager with strong experience in low voltage or telecommunications construction projects.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall execution of DAS (Distributed Antenna System) project
  • Lead low voltage construction project management activities
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and installation vendors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
  • Manage project issues, risks, and on-site coordination
  • Communicate project status with client and stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Monitor monthly construction progress and ensure alignment with project plan
  • Support site safety coordination (dedicated safety manager will be assigned)
  • Ensure project quality standards and schedule adherence

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Low Voltage or telecommunications project management
  • Hands-on experience managing construction or structured cabling projects
  • Familiarity with DAS, wireless systems, coaxial cabling, or network infrastructure (preferred)
  • Strong experience working with subcontractors and field teams
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, issues, and project progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting
  • Willingness to be onsite in Arizona for the full project duration

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior DAS or telecom infrastructure project experience
  • Experience in large-scale facility or manufacturing plant environments
  • Strong communication skills with clients and multiple stakeholders
