Job description

The Financial Systems Project Manager reports to the Associate Director,Financial Systems, and is responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Financialsprojects, including enhancements, integrations, system upgrades, and initiatives across key areas within theFinancial Vice President's division, including projects that pertain to: GeneralLedger, Budgeting, Procurement, Project Costing, third-party applications, andintegrations.  Primary responsibilitiesinclude leading project management efforts for strategic initiatives alignedwith the Financial Management Systems fiscal year project plan, such as reviewingand enhancing current business processes with a technical solution, interfaceautomation and providing support during system upgrades and maintenance. TheFinancial Systems Project Manager serves as a technical liaison for Procure toPay and Grant Management administration to deliver ongoing processimprovements, technical support, and maintenance.  Additional responsibilities will includesupporting associated reporting, security, documentation and ad hoc projects asrequested by the Associate Vice President, Finance and University Controller.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: 107,350 to 134,200; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

This is an in-office position.
